These terms apply to web.digcareerthrust.com and the Deewane IES & GATE app (together, the “Platform”), operated by DIG Career Thrust, a sole proprietorship of Ritu Yadav (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a course you agree to them.
1. Your account
- You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). Keep your phone secure; anyone with access to it can sign in as you.
- One account is for one person. Sharing your account, or courses, tests or PDFs from it, is not allowed. Study materials carry your name and mobile number as a watermark.
- You must give correct information. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.
2. Courses, access and validity
- Each course page shows its price, what it includes and how long access lasts (for example 12 months, 18 months, lifetime, or until a fixed date).
- Access starts when your payment is confirmed and ends on the date shown in your account. “Lifetime” means for as long as the course is offered on the Platform.
- We may update, reorder or improve course content. If we remove a course you have paid for before your access ends, we will give you an equivalent course.
- Test scores, ranks and percentiles are for practice only and are not a guarantee of results in any examination.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- All purchases are final. Refunds are given only for failed or duplicate payments, as explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Content and fair use
- All videos, PDFs, tests, questions and solutions belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only for your own preparation.
- You may not copy, record, download (outside features we provide), sell, upload or share them, or use automated tools to access the Platform.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund.
5. Availability and liability
- We try to keep the Platform available, but cannot promise it will be free of interruptions or errors.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction. Questions: see Contact Us.
