Common questions
I was a student on the old Classplus app. How do I get my courses?
Log in here with the same mobile number you used on Classplus (OTP login). Your active courses are already added to your account.
I did not receive the OTP.
Check the number and wait 60 seconds before asking again. If it still does not arrive, message us on WhatsApp with your mobile number.
My payment was deducted but the course is not unlocked.
Wait 5 minutes and reload the page. If it is still locked, send us your registered mobile number, the course name and the Razorpay payment ID. Failed or duplicate payments are refunded.
Can I attempt a test again?
Each test can be attempted once. Solutions open right after you submit.
Can I download the PDF notes?
Notes open in the protected viewer on the website and app; they cannot be downloaded.
How do I install the app?
Open the website on your phone and tap "Install" when it appears, or download the Android app from our website.
